HEAR YE, HEAR YE!

CONGRATULATIONS TO THE HHS COMBINED STAGE BANDS on their 1st place finish at the Williamsburg Heritage Music Festival in Williamsburg, VA, on April 25! Besides their championship performance, the bands also enjoyed some fun down-time at Busch Gardens.

Competing in only their second season, on March 21 the HHS Winter Color Guard won the 2009 New Jersey State Indoor Guard Championships! CONGRATULATIONS to ALL OUR YOUNG LADIES AND MRS. W. ON THEIR CHAMPIONSHIP PERFORMANCE AND ALL THE HARD WORK THAT MADE IT POSSIBLE!

THANK YOU to all of the HHS band students and parents who have helped us provide food baskets to the December WRNJ/NORWESCAP Food Drive over the past three years! Our 2008 campaign resulted in 12 baskets being donated, and your help is greatly appreciated! (MORE)

*** WE REGRET THAT WE CANNOT ACCEPT LASER PRINTER CARTRIDGES IN OUR DRIVE! As a matter of thumb, if the cartridge does not fit in the palm of your hand, PLEASE DO NOT turn it in; because laser cartridges contain hazardous chemicals, they cannot be recycled and we MUST return them to their maker, thus cutting in to our profits! *** THANK YOU!!

REMEMBER SENIORS, any funds not used for music related trips can be used for your graduation items, and you should contact our treasurer to let her know how you want to use your account money and how you prefer to have the un-used portion of your account dispersed at the end of the school year.
