The HHS JAZZ BAND

The HHS Jazz Band is a co-curricular ensemble that participates in selected HHS concerts and the Warren Hills Jazz Festival, with other possible concerts in the works.  The band generally plays a varied list of popular jazz charts along with some selected rock, with a smooth jazz sound, and ALL HHS students are invited to audition for a seat in the band.  As with most jazz bands, the instrumentation consists of trumpet, trombone, sax, clarinet?, bass, drum set, and keyboard/piano.

Pep band practices once or twice weekly after school, and 100% participation is required of every band member.  Contact the HHS Band address at  hhstigerbands@verizon.net  with questions or if you'd like to participate.
